I am coming here as a former employee of Mark (the owner of this company) other company (Crystal Clear pool and spa) Mark is an extremely untrustworthy person. I have had multiple customers call me asking what is going on because they have not seen anyone since I left (almost 2 months ago) he has not returned any phone calls and has also taken payment for weekly service without providing that weekly service. Please be careful when hiring any company but especially this company for pool service.
This may be the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Mark does not keep his word and when confronted, got hostile. Communication took voice mail messages and multiple unanswered phone calls. Rather than a simple explanation or apologize, I was told I not his only warranty work, accused me of being rude for pointing out his deficiencies, and I could have the work reassigned. I would not recommend West Coast Pool and Spa to anyone! There are too many pool companies to tolerate such poor business practices.
