wow, stay away – I am well now was a new patient for the axminster group, Dr Wagner seems like a nice guy but I have had to see him 2 times since the new year, once for a broken hand the second time for a muscle pull in my rib cage. Both times he neglected to prescribe any meds, the hand was managable but this rib cage pull is something fierce and prescribed asprin 325mg. Thats basically over the counter asprin...seriously??? West Coast Physical Therapy is Amazing – Everyone is professional and they love what they do. I not only received exceptional care, I enjoyed the positive upbeat atmosphere. I am not new to PT and my experience at West Coast Physical Therapy is far superior to any other I have experienced. I recently had treatment both before and after a surgery. The treatment truly sped the healing process. Excellent staff!
He's great! – Dr. Ehrlich is really a great guy and a great doctor. He says to call him anytime, day or night or weekend, if you have a problem. I called him early one Sat. and he instantly called me in a prescription and then followed up the following week to see how I was. He's got a fun sense of humor too... staff is personable and caring
Not much good to say... – I have had axminster for 4 years. My general doctor is great, which is why I have given this provider 2 stars. Personally, i give her 5 stars, but axminister as whole deserves negative 5 stars. My troubles with this provider began 4 years ago. I went to urgent care to have a swollen ankle looked at. Dr. Su diagnosed me with a sprained ankle, and he didnt even SEE my ankle. My pants and socks remained on, he simple diagnosed me based on a verbal descirption, then sent me on my way. Visit at your own risk – The staff for the most part are technically skilled and know what they are doing. However, I witnessed things that while true, would probably get me into alot of hot water if I exposed any of it. If you don't care about using your money to support a hospital that cares about ethics, this is the hospital for you. Otherwise, save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.
My son and I had a wonderful experience with West Coast Physical Therapy in Laguna Niguel. Andrea Callanen is a top notch physical therapist with extensive experience with infants. She goes above and beyond to help her patients and takes the time to explain the exercises. She is very proactive, patient and professional. I would highly recommend both the office and Andrea. My son and I are very grateful for the results he experienced as a result of Andrea's physical therapy treatments.
Good Hospital – This is a good hospital. The professionals on staff are all very adept and the facilities are modern and comfortable.
WRONG PHONE NUMBER... AGAIN – GREAT! I NEED THE NUMBER TO THE HOSPITAL, MAKE THE MISTAKE OF TRUSTING CITYSEARCH, AND END UP USING WHITEPAGES. CITYSEARCH SUCKS!
Recommend – Went to West Coast Physical Therapy after my husband had bi-lateral knee replacement (both knees replaced in case you don't know) and we are so happy with the treatment he received from Mark, Kathy & Jennifer as well as the support staff. We can not thank them enough for their encouragement as well as the excellent physical therapy he received. They are very knowledgeable and professional.
