Not the best by far – My wife was a patient at this clinic for years.Around 2005 she started losing weight & having stomach & bowell problems-over the next 2 years she went from 135# to 97#-Dr Makouf said she had irritable bowel syndrome & was treating her for that.She went to the St. Jo emergency room on 8/17/2007 ( friday evening) with bad pain in her abdomen & back-the ER doctor said she had either gastroentritis or the stomach flu. Go there at your own financial risk. This hospital put over $6,000.00 to a collection agency for bills from someone that is NOT me and that I'm not responsible for. They acknowledge their mistake, but refuse to take it off my credit report. The person who's bills they have put into collections in my name, don't even have the same name as me. this is the worst hospital I've ever had the displeasure of being in. the first time i had to go there i had multiple fractures in my arm and knee. i waited 9 hrs before being seen. then they missed all of the fractures in the x rays. called me the next morning and said oops! better come get a cast! i chose to go to a specialist instead. who informed me that it's a good thing i didn't let them put a cast on for the type of fractures i had if they did put a cast on my arm would never be straight again. my second and last expe... read more
A Medical Group that doesn't know how to bill Insurance? – I went to Facey for an ear ache over 1 1/2 years ago. I went there because I was in LA visiting family and my regular doctor was over 400 miles away. I have & had insurance. They miss coded the claim and my insurance didn't pay. I called and told them what they did and how to fix it. Pain Free at Long Last Thanks to West Coat PT! – After years of putting up with an aching SI joint and groin, I found Mark to be the first physical therapist to actually make the pain go away! He clearly knew and understood the problem, and corrected it on the first visit. He included me in my care, explaining why the problem exists, and giving me at-home exercises that are easy to do and are clearly targeting the precise problem. I would highly recommend Mark and his great staff!
What a fabulous experience!!! – Fantastic Doctor! Dr. Griffin really saved my life! Knowledgeable doctor, precise diagnosis, sweetheart of an office manager and treatment was of ease also. Truly a caring physician an team!
Pathetic doctor – Went for an anual checkup and met dr Su. Must say that this guy is a joke. The first thing u notice is his plaque covered teeth. Second he has no time for you. The whole checkup was just a farce. Post checkup, I called up to ask results and they said all is well. Then I get a call after 6 months where he says that my results have just come in and my sugar levels are high. I told that moron that I had visited you 6 months ago. ER service vastly improved! – My daughter can never seem to get injured or ill during pediatrician office hours or when urgent care is open, so we are in the ER about twice a year. This is shaping up to be a record year - twice in the last 2 months. Both times, the wait was not bad - depended on how many people were in front of us. They took everyone in order of arrival, as far as we could tell. In the past, we've had to tell why we were here, etc., to about 4 people and then again to the doctor. WORSE EXPERIENCE! EVER!!! – Besides the joy of having my precious baby boy. Everything else about this hospital was unsatisfactory! Nurses were unfriendly, opinionated, have had no communications between each other, and no clues of anything. Nurses were so pushy; in pursuing, what they think is right for me, over, over, and over again.
