I have been charged money (over \$500) for medication by this business when it was covered by medicaid. When calling about it they said it was my fault that I paid cash but, when I asked them why they wouldnt cover it under medicaid they said because of shortage it wasnt covering the medicine."thats the ONLY reason why I paid cash". Later when I spoke to an employee named Licet she told me that Medicaid should of taken care of that bill and that I shouldnt of had to pay one dime for the meds. I have dealt with numerous "Chain" pharmacies, and have developed a bad taste in my mouth accordingly. WCP, however, has been nothing but prompt, polite, and courteous in the 6 months I have been using them. Nick and Shawn are EXCEPTIONALLY customer service oriented, and their prices cant be beat!!!
