I have known Dr. Marketa Gogela-Spehar for over 10 years, and I truly cannot recommend her enough. Dr. Gogela was the best doctor I have ever met. She was honest and explained everything so clearly. I will always be grateful. She was incredibly kind, friendly, and truly listened to everything I needed to share. Dr. Kim was also extremely kind and supportive. I appreciate both of them very much.

You absolutely cannot get through via phone to this office! Was on hold for 20 minutes when someone came on the line just to put me back on hold. Eventually hung up. What does this say about this office? I’ve seen several people at the front desk, who were just chatting amongst themselves, NOT dealing with patients. Very frustrating.

Have tried for a day and a half to get through to the office. Message says office is closed but hours are from 0900 - 1530. Very confused.

Its not about doctors its about reception. do not understand why they are closed during working hours no body is picking the phone and its a lot of hassle to book the appointment.
