Absolutely terrible excuse for an OBGYN practice! I NEVER write reviews, but I will for this one because I feel the need to warn expecting mothers away from this place. This is my second pregnancy so I know how seamless prenatal care CAN be and this is NOT it. They were completely disorganized and uncommunicative in every way. Above and beyond
Extremely long wait for services. At your annual exam, they will encourage you to wait another year for tests/pap instead of addressing any current Issues. If you are having issues, they will try to book you for multiple appointments to be able to bill you for each one, instead of handling it all in one appointment. Very disappointing.
Receptionist needs HELP!!! She is checking patients in and out while another employee sits next to her do god knows what!!! You have too many patients and not enough help!!!!
At each of my yearly visits I have scheduled my next visit. Each appointment that was scheduled was then cancelled by the office and rescheduled a month or more past the appointment date that was made a year in advance. I value my time and have to take time off work to make it to these appointments therefore the constant cancelling on their behalf makes it almost impossible to schedule time off. I do not recommend this office if you are employed and can not reschedule every single appointment you make with them.
