Diane is very knowledgeable on all of her products. When you walk through the door and she greets you, she talks to you as if you and her have known each other from grade school. The Lady here is really helpful they will help you with whatever you need help looking for with nutrition and supplements etc. Super kind super friendly. I love the place and the atmosphere and have had no bad experiences coming here at all. 5/5 stars.
They have some great cutting edge supplements and good local deals and discounts regularly. The delicious sugar lips desserts in the freezer box are great tasting sugar free alternatives to dessert when dieting.
