I was rather shocked to see that my previous review was interpreted as a formal complaint, this is not the case, it is an opinion of my experience with this company. BBB required me to create an account in order to follow up, which I am not going to do. Thank you for your comments. We will work to improve our data entry.
Will see how they handle resolving THEIR mistake but thus far I would have to give them a 'don't buy' rating. Unable to follow even typed instructions as simple as getting a zip code correct. How you can confuse the city in two completely different states just because they have the same - very common - name is a mystery.

We do apologize for the error. We mistakenly entered the city of delivery of which there are many. It was a human mistake. We contacted Mr. Jackson the moment we were made aware of the error and are making a new item to send to him. We did not have a chance to make this right before the comment was left.
