Bought a golf net from WCN over the holidays for my home. A very disappointing customer service experience to say the least. The problems started due to UPS shipping issues, but WCN's lack of follow-up/urgency and unreturned calls/emails were frustrating. It's now been 3 weeks since I finally received my net. I have yet to hear back from WCN on the refund for my UPS fees.
