Recently joined this workout facility as a retired veteran. My wife and I found Catherine the owner to be friendly and extremely informative about her gym. I immediately felt comfortable with the accepting environment and cleanliness of the overall gym. The well organized security and access to hours during the early day and night very accommodating.
