West Coast has moved me three times and each time has been a great experience. Highly recommend
Better prices than other places, longer access hours, fancy Bluetooth capabilities to open the gates and elevators. I was able to rent a Unit online and move into it the same day even though it was labor day and the office was closed. Fair warning there is a mandatory insurance policy which starts out at $13/month or more for larger coverage. And they require a cylinder lock which costs $25 from them or like $10 online.
The team at West Coast Moving and Storage was friendly, responsive and customer focused. Our move from Portland to Seattle with a baby grand piano was seamless. The team of Anthony, Justin, Tate and Jose were hardworking and professional- took great care of all our belongings from pack to unpack.
We recently received our digital piano, and unfortunately, our experience was not entirely satisfactory. First, the piano did not seem to be properly covered during shipping. The cloth on the amplifier part was dirty, and there were additional smudges on the piano. Since our piano is a light color, these marks were very noticeable.
