I live in the south end of nanaimo and am closer to other RV shops however I prefer driving across town to the north end to have Westcoast work on my RV. I like that they're family owned and operated. You can tell they take a lot of pride in their work and really do everything in their power to give you a good experience. They're very friendly and have great knowledge about RVs. Definitely recommend.

John and the team are the most helpul group of people I've ever had the experience of dealing with. Can not reccomend them for all your camper repairs and parts. They truly go above and beyond.
The whole team at Westcoast are fabulous. Efficient, helpful and really focused on fixing problems for their customers - they really care. They give great advice on products and they been upfront on what needs to be done and what can wait. Westcoast carries a large inventory of parts and accessories as well as providing service and repair for all sizes and types of rigs. They are my go to guys.
