Last week, I arrived at my scheduled appointment time and waited over 2+ hours to be seen. I didn't even get seen, as I was so angry, and other patients who had appointments than me were seen first. The staff did nothing to address this and just brushed me off and told me to keep waiting. They would have left me there until closing to be quite honest. This is absolutely unacceptable and I will not be returning to a place that does not respect my time and medical care.

I genuinely appreciate the time you put into scheduling my appointment, clinical/procedure preparation, guiding me on every sequence, mentoring me on my severe vascular & coronary health issues, & the follow-up thereafter. It truly shines through in your advancing cardiovascular practices. Your commitment to an individual with the end in mind is awe-inspiring. Doctor Suri is the best cardiologist you will ever experience. He is so bright that the head of Marin General Cardiology (now retired) said in response to treatment Dr. Suri had provided to me was "Why didn't I think of that?" I will skip my unsaid response. Suffice to say, Dr. Suri is the best interventional cardiologist available. And, he is not only super intelligent he listens and takes ACTION.
