I visited West Coast Imaging at guildford. Worst experience for pregnant moms. In short : Instead of being treated as HUMAN, you will be treated as NUMBERS in this center. I had a very disappointing experience at West Coast Imaging. During my anomaly scan, we were not informed of the baby’s gender, even though other imaging centers usually provide this. Went to the Kerrisdale location and had a very positive experience. No line up, parking spot right out front of clinic, professional intake staff and wonderful, caring xray technologist. Thank you so much. You helped me avoid a 6 week wait for my xrays in Kelowna.
I requested an appointment more than once no one got back to me
In and out in less than 5 minutes. Front desk staff were easygoing and nice. The woman who did my x ray (possibly clinic owner or manager?) was amazing. Explained everything in great detail and was absolutely lovely.
Very rude receptionist. I have just visited for an appointment (415pm, 15th September) somewhere else but was lost and went to ask the receptionist for help. I was greeted with a snappy 'what?' by the receptionist to which I was thrown off and had to look around at other clients to see if this lady was being serious. I asked if she knew where Trinity Medical was in the building and she was giving so much attitude, repeated 'what' like I wasn't speaking English.
