Very rude! Disappointing!
I had an appointment for ultrasound that I had been waiting for weeks. When I reached there they just said they had some system issues and I would have to reschedule. I had took some hours from work just for this and they had no decency to give a call and inform to the customers who have scheduled their appointments. AND THEY NEVER PICK UP THEIR CALLS. I had tried to call them multiple times and ended up on an hour long hold on the phone but they never pick up their calls.
Good services and quickly done.
Is a nightmare to get a phone call answering or having an appointment, the service is really good, the test was so respectful, clean and quick but they have a really bad issue to answering calls, also they never ser mu test results to my doctor, I try to contact them and frustrated me the annoying machine for phone calls.
