Very disappointing experience. I was only a few minutes late and tried calling to let them know, but nobody answered. When I arrived, they had already given my appointment to someone else. I understand being punctual is important, but I expected better communication and customer service.
Very disappointing experience at West Coast Ultrasound. I arrived only 9 minutes late for my appointment. I had tried to call and inform them, but I was kept on hold for almost an hour and no one answered. They also did not call me to check if I was coming and gave my appointment slot to another patient. When I arrived, they told me that if the next patient did not show up on time, they would give me that appointment.
