No female staff for women for pelvic ultrasound which is bad
Customer service here are 🤮👎👎👎👎👎 I booked an appt for my husband online 2 weeks ago and the appt was dated today 12/22. My husband went there and they sent him away, and booked for january appt. They said they couldn’t squeeze him in for an appt today because they’re fully booked. I also worked as MOA so I know how this works. But this Filipino MOA/receptionist didn't accommodate him and didn’t help at all. They kept saying its not in the system so I asked “So the website is wrong?” Lol. Humanity is very doomed! I had a very bad experience at this place. The staff asked my sister to wait outside, barely showed me the ultrasound screen, and I did not hear the baby’s heartbeat. When I asked if everything was okay, I was told that the doctor would contact me in two days, and if not, I should call. When I asked how many weeks pregnant I am, I was told to ask the doctor. The staff member was very rude and unprofessional. I felt unsupported and uncomfortable, and I will not be returning.
Horrible. I booked an appointment online and had the confirmation and she said that I wasn’t showing up. When tried as long for help she completely ignored me and helped the next person. I took a whole day off work for this. Super unprofessional Indian lady at the front. Some training around how to deal with patients is needed as u don’t know what medical issues people are coming in with. Stuck up and insensitive person
