My review from 8 years ago: "Ultrasound tech was rude. Reception was OK. Experience was otherwise your typical socialist medical facility visit." Coming here over the years, I find the staff in general are OK to work with. It's just the ultrasound tech I find rude. Maybe it's just a typical european demeanor

The front desk team was amazing, but unfortunately, the technician completely ruined the experience. Her tone was harsh and scolding whenever I asked questions, turning what should have been an exciting 20-week ultrasound into a deeply stressful event. I only walked away with two unclear pictures, one of which was just a half-image. I still can't shake the awful feeling this appointment left me with. I’m never going there again.
I was a bit hesitant to come because of the reviews but it ends up the opposite. I had a great experienced. Everyone is professional, kind and welcoming specially the attendant in the front. Keep it up 👍
