As far as the medical imaging office is concerned the support staff was accommodating, however, the x-ray tech who processed my mother (Dec. 23rd at 11:00 am) needs a lesson on decorum. She's an 88 year old woman who just went through a slip/fall 3 days ago, didn't want to help me guide her (hold onto her & lead her to her examining room from her dressing stall). I went here for the first time today. I was unsure of what to expect based on the previous comments. When I arrived there was no one else in line so I was able to go in right away. The front desk lady was polite and asked me for my requisition. She then asked me for my MSP card. She then asked me to have a seat and told me someone would come get me soon. I got in and got my x-rays done no problem. The whole experience took maybe 20 minutes.
The receptionist is rude and arrogant! Been here a few times and it's always the same horrible service!
