Absolutely seamless and easy experience. Receptionist was kind and efficient. Easy walk-in experience. The x-ray technician was very kind, informative and gave clear instruction. The entire experience took less than 10 minutes from walking into the door. Definitely took all the stress out of doing x-rays and if I do need more, I'll be returning to this location.
This company from Texas grossly underfunds and understaffs. Appointments? You’ll still wait for hours.
I have been to this location multiple times. A couple of times when I have walked in they have been quite busy and have booked me an appointment for the next day, as was the case this time, as I had multiple x ray's to be done. I got called in at my appointment time. I had a man x ray technician who treated me respectively and with patience as I am a senior and was in a bit of pain. All the people who work there have always been nice to me.
I would give less than 1 star if I could had to wait over a hour while they took 7 people from the office next door, when I got to the office there was nobody there but me and they said it wouldn’t be long
I don't have the time to sit around for a walk-in appointment. It's absolutely ridiculous that West Coast MI runs like this. They're the monopoly on imaging in the lower mainland so this is incredibly frustrating and burdensome.
