I have been to this location multiple times. A couple of times when I have walked in they have been quite busy and have booked me an appointment for the next day, as was the case this time, as I had multiple x ray's to be done. I got called in at my appointment time. I had a man x ray technician who treated me respectively and with patience as I am a senior and was in a bit of pain. All the people who work there have always been nice to me.
I would give less than 1 star if I could had to wait over a hour while they took 7 people from the office next door, when I got to the office there was nobody there but me and they said it wouldn’t be long
I don't have the time to sit around for a walk-in appointment. It's absolutely ridiculous that West Coast MI runs like this. They're the monopoly on imaging in the lower mainland so this is incredibly frustrating and burdensome.
Please adjust advertised operation hours. I am calling this clinic to book an appointment at 7:50 am. The advertised hours of operation start at 7:45 and yet I am being told by a machine that they are closed.
Not a surprise to see such low rating on this location. The receptionist lady behind the plexiglass doesn't know what she is doing, except for asking me to wait ourtside and "be patient". In year 2025, it doesn't take hours for emails to arrive. She also failed to identify the existence of multiple attachments (doctor's requisitions) in a same email.
