What’s the deal with this place being open? There’s an angry man on duty whose English is quite hard to comprehend. Did I mention he’s not in the best mood? They really ought to consider bringing in more staff. It’s clear they need extra help.
Another monopoly running a mediocre business inconveniencing medically sensitive customers. Two different specialists email requisitions to West Coast for two different requests. Phone message when following up says they will contact patient to set appt. Neither requisition was followed up by the Clarke St office in Coquitlam. There are requisitions emailed to them over a year ago and still no reply. The rule is simple; if you don't know how to use email, then don't advertise your email address to the doctors.
This imagine centre is so unprofessional, they didn't even bother to update their opening and closing hours for wednsday as since there is no technician for xray so they close on wednsday, moreover the staff is so rude when I told her you supposed to update on yr site and she was like they have however it wasn't updated and she simply said no problem when I asked her have you ever realized why you guys have 2 star review on Google so guys plz make sure with them before going there as you will have to pay lot for parking.
Location is closed many days, and nobody answered phone as well.
