Walked in for an xray and was finished within 10 minutes of arriving. Registration clerk was friendly and the xray technologist was very gentle while imaging my injury. The radiologist report was released the following day.
They don't answer their phones. The phone options do not address what i need and there is no one to talk to. My appointment with another clinic got cancelled because this clinic would not respond back to their request for the xrays. Creating a huge inconvenience and cost to me. If you experience the same level of treatment, contact their head office and file a complaint. With over 200 one-star reviews from legitimate reviewers, I would tend to believe there is truth to this.
6 months ago me and my mom came for X rays on her legs ordered by her knee surgeon. The whole process took 2 hours while my mom has some type of allergy cough while waiting. (She has been checked out by the doctor and found to have nothing contagious). So the poor waiting room doesn't know that she's NOT contagious while they stare at her in discomfort. I was there on October 30, 2025, around 4:00 PM. The lady who was taking my foot X-ray was rude and bossy. She didn't put the special apron on me, which protects the body from the harmful effects of X-rays, even though it was hanging prominently in the room, and she must do it. After she finished taking pictures in three positions, she for some reason told me to continue lying in the same position and went into the area behind the partition where the X-ray equipment was operated. I injured my arm and went to the hospital. The doctor told me to get an X-ray immediately, so I came here to get it done. But the technician who took the X-ray was very rude. Most importantly, my arm was actually broken, but she didn’t tell me anything. I only found out the next day when I spoke with the doctor, who was shocked and asked why not been informed. The note the doctor received said that she had informed me as well. The doctor told me to go to the emergency room right away.
