Never been here before but very bad experience today. We arrived before 10:30am for 10:45am ultrasound appointment which was prescribed by our doctor office directly with this place so we don’t have requisition form. We joined the queue for reception which has 5 or 6 people in front of us. The receptionist asked a lot questions to each person so it went slowly. I can't talk much about online/phone scheduling experience I saw people complaining about, as I always walk in and schedule the examination in person. This time I was referred to mammogram, and the receptionist mentioned that bookings of that are done online, however he was able to help me and put my info into the system and noted I'll receive a phone call within 2 days. I had an appointment for my 20 week anatomy scan and the young South Asian man handling the reception desk was lovely. When I was called in I met the older South Asian man who would conduct my ultrasound. He told my husband he was not allowed in and to wait in the lobby because it was "her appointment". When the office had called to schedule the appointment I had asked if my partner would be allowed in and they said yes, so I can't speak to what is true or not. They called me a week after I gave them my requisition online. They called me at 3pm and I missed it by 10 mins. And then I sit on hold for 10+ mins saying “this call will be recorded. Please stay on the line while we find someone to assist you.” That, on a loop, over and over again, it’s just rude. No voicemail option at all. And then I find out that they were closed at 2PM!!! Why call me at 3PM if you’re not open?! I will never go there, I will specifically ask for another location. And judging by these reviews, it seems l... read more
