They employ an absolutely useless phone system. Drive all the way from up island just to talk to a "receptionist" because nobody there can pick up the GD phone. Why bother having a phone number to phone if you can't talk to a flipping person.
Maddy was a phenomenal ultrasound technician. She exemplified superior consent based practices, and was knowledgeable and kind. Fingers crossed I get her as a tech next time.
Great experience, considering what it is. If you are here after hours, note that the entrance on the north side is not open in the evenings, and there is no signage. You have to enter by the engrave by the Fitness World. Otherwise, great!
