Eshal had amazing customer service!! So sweet and kind. Sadly they didn’t pick up their phones ? I’ve tried for the last 4 hours on a Friday but it must have been super busy. No one has answered? It’s opened yet no one picks up ? I don’t understand as I’ve been there many times and it’s not ever super busy. Excellent! The ladies that work there both at reception and doing the imaging are amazing. They have so much patience with challenging people (as I witnessed today). They took the time and the care needed to make the visit for the patient successful. My visit was seamless and so quick.

I came into the office last week looking to make an appointment for x-ray because they don't do walk-ins at this location. The lady who helped me said they were -COMPLETELY- booked our for x-rays but they allow walk-ins on Saturday and to return Saturday for my x-ray. Saturday comes and in the morning I check to see when they open so I can get this over with ASAP-- oh wait, they aren't open Saturday!
