Dr Gilchrist was very professional in diagnosis but not very welcoming for me to be her patient and discouraged me from being her patient.
I visited this pathology collection center to request a 24-hour urine container, but the receptionist was unhelpful and dismissive. Despite me clearly explaining what I needed, she kept insisting they only had a small container and would not even check with the pathologist on site. I left feeling frustrated and unsupported, as it seemed like a very simple request that could have been handled with more professionalism and willingness to assist.
