I took my mazda cx9 here for the rear brakes to be changed. I dropped my car off and was told it should be ready by lunch which was fine. It was ready around 2pm. As I got there they parked my car out the front. The mechanic said the car felt funny when he was driving it. As I had no problems prior to this, I just said oh OK. Paid and got in my car to leave. The guys done a great job, very helpful and knowledgeable.
I went to this place as it was highly recommended so I had great expectations. My car was there for more than a week. But after leaving , job paid in full. i soon realised that the work was not as i was told it would be , really. disappointing to say the least. After 2 more visits to try to rectify the problems that took me here , I was told would be solved. Then told that I should go elsewhere to find a more experienced mechanic. Seriously who does this ?
