Essendon sucks
Great experience with West Coast Mechanics, very helpful, good service and communication. After being at 2 Mechanics to try and get parts replaced on my imported 4x4 Hiace. Sam was helpful and quick trying to finding parts. While unsuccessful in finding them I was able to import them and West Coast Mechanics happily fitted them. Quick same day service. Reasonable cost with extra jobs outside of service. Happy customer.
I took my mazda cx9 here for the rear brakes to be changed. I dropped my car off and was told it should be ready by lunch which was fine. It was ready around 2pm. As I got there they parked my car out the front. The mechanic said the car felt funny when he was driving it. As I had no problems prior to this, I just said oh OK. Paid and got in my car to leave.
