I can NOT recommend Michelle and West Coast Lemons more! Nobody wants to deal with a lemon but she made the process SOOOO easy. The outcome was totally in my favor and was finished in less time than she had thought even though the manufacturer tried to drag it out as long as possible. Her dedication to the case down to every last detail and dollar is very evident and I am eternally grateful she was on my side as I fought to get out of my lemon!
