Just purchased a 2021 Ford Bronco Sport from West Coast Kia. Troy was the salesperson, he was very knowledgeable about vehicles. He sold me this Bronco in a day, this included finance approval. We purchased a Kia Niro 2019 used very little and found this vehicle, a pleasure to drive in battery mode. Vehicle is a Hybrid and works very well. Noted a dash light came on and required investigation and new part ordered which solve the problem. Waiting for service is always frustrating however, dealership provided a courtesy shuttle to/pickup shopping mall close by. Excellent customer service. Elwin Mowry
