Came in needing some help with a small but critical project. The tech was super helpful and the work was precise.over and beyond the top customer service. They literally saved my entire day. I used the water jet to cut some custom aluminum.

My review is a complaint about westcoast Sometimes they park their trucks without allowing anyone to safely walk past the building. I was walking past as one of their cube trucks was parking parallel to the street and had to step into the street to pass. As I did I said to no one in particular "Like no one ever walks here." The driver was triggered by this, got out of his truck yelling at me to come back there with angry shouts of "What did you say! Come back here!". I said back "You park so people have to walk in the street... read more

Worst people I ever had the misfortune to know. They look down and discriminate against deaf people. That's all anyone needs to know about these folks. EDIT: They are not an equal opportunity employer. I reported to HR about the problems and they did nothing and took a hands off approach to the escalating behavior of the co-workers until I had to decide to quit. Employers who force deaf people to quit like this is entirely complicit. You people force deaf people to exist as if they're scum when you do that even as you claim ... read more

West Coast Insulation designed and installed insulation for our 105 year old home furnace and exposed basement radiator pipes. They were very professional and exceeded our expectations. Good value for the work they did. We highly recommend them.
