When I was sold the roofing contract by West Coast Home Pro I was told I would be getting specific work done. One of the items sold to me was the ridge vent. I found out they didn't do it properly by going in the attic and seeing it wasn't there. I asked for a detail of the ridge vent from the manufacturer and after a couple of tries, and me supervising, it was finally completed. As a service provider to WCHomePro I would not recommend them at all. The owner, Gus, failed to pay our weekly invoices that totalled 4 unpaid invoices over the course of a month. He ignored countless communication from us and to date has still not paid...I've read many yelp reviews and it's becoming apparent that lying and cheating is a common tactic employed by them. Outstanding customer service. I just got a competitive bid from West Coast Better Homes, they were able to match the price + included all the permit related fees.
Ignacio, Gus, Jose and Joe all great professional people to work with. There are others whose names I do not recall but let me say they were all great and took pride in their work. We are very pleased with the windows which have cut the heat by at least 5 degrees in the hotest room of the house, and the noise from the airport is now just a hum rather than a roar. The Cool Wall Paint also cut the heat exchange from the outside temperature. The airconditioner is now just partially on - before it was constantly on. We can't say... read more
