About 5 years ago I purchased some very expensive hearing aids from West Coast Hearing. The medical and audiology services were fine. The hearing aids excellent, but the cost and subsequent efforts to get reimbursement was a nightmare. I called, wrote letters, contacted the Better Business Bureau and, even after repeatedly telling me I would receive my reimbursement, it did not come. After about two years, I gave up.
