No rushing me or avoiding my questions.The office space and staff were friendly and pleasant. Need for health information assured me that I would be well cared for in any interaction with the purchase of hearing aids. Dr. Lam is amazing! I appreciate the time she takes to figure out my unique hearing situation and find a solution. The office staff is excellent as well, they work extra hard to get appointments within a day or so, sometimes even the same day!
