Super friendly staff and a great overall experience at Nelson Audiology. Dr. Nelson was very friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made the entire process comfortable and straightforward. Highly recommend if you’re looking for someone thorough, professional, and approachable.

Working with Dr. Altus was great. He was knowledgeable and extremely thorough. He explained the differences in each model and how they worked with my everyday life. When I went to get the fitting done, he was patient and very kind. Walking me through each step of the visit. I would recommend Nelson Audiology to anyone.
Dr Nelson and Esmeralda are providing wonderful support as I begin this technological adventure in hearing aids. My ability to converse in many environments is dramatically improved.
