Came away from my appointment with Ricky with a clear idea of why I'd been experiencing pain when running as well as a plan to build strength. It was refreshing to get that understanding rather than just a few warm up exercises which don't address the root cause. Well equipped gym onsite too for demonstrations.
Such a great first session for my daughter’s knee injury. Sara was warm, patient, and took the time to really listen and understand what she’s been going through. She explained everything clearly and made sure my daughter, felt comfortable and reassured throughout. We walked out feeling much more confident and positive about the recovery journey, which meant a lot after a tough few weeks. We’re really looking forward to continuing her treatment here.
After an ongoing painful sciatic issue my Dr recommended seeing Ricky. I’m never moved to write a review after one visit but after that visit I feel very positive about the future. Ricky took his time, asked many questions and then provided answers that make absolute sense to me. He then designed an exercise program for me and filmed me on my phone so I can review what to do. I was also emailed a summary. Highly recommend Ricky and WCH
