My vehicle window was broken on a Saturday in the city and I contacted West Coast for a quote and received their voicemail message. They followed up immediately with a text requesting my auto info and glass damage info. I received a quote right away and received a call as soon as they were able. The answer was too rude , no explanation I was trying to open a account to buy from them and the answer was , just we don’t do account right now
