Oct 2024: This is a wonderful company. More great service from Scott and his team. Our 15 year old ground source heat pump installed by someone else died. Kyle came out (again) to try to fix it. He returned several times over the next several days to try to get it working again without success, and didn't charge us for any of this time. Scott then helped us through our insurance claim process (the unit had been knocked out by a power surge). Scott has definitely earned a customer for life. Shortly after moving into our new place, our vertical stack heat-pump died. Conveniently, right before entering winter. So I asked my neighbours for recommendations and was unanimously referred to West Coast Geothermal. Immediately upon reaching out, Scott guided me through troubleshooting the problem with the unit over several phone calls.
