I bought a sofa bed from Bob’s and it broke not long after. Thankfully, I found West Coast Furniture and they really came through for me. They hooked me up with a brand new sofa bed and even offered same-day delivery and installation, which made the whole process super easy. Great customer service and smooth experience from start to finish—definitely recommend!
Customer service was great , they were very patient with all my questions I had regarding what matress would be most fitting to my needs. They were able to deliver it right to my house ,and set it all up for me. The whole experience was great would definitely buy here again and recommend friends for the quality service and work they provide.
This place is a scam. They will legit sue you if someone stole your identity to purchase furniture. Steer clear from this establishment.
