Victor the owner took over $15,000 of our money for repairs that ended up destroying our equipment he then in turn held one of our vehicles hostage and now is in possession of a stolen vehicle. This man is a crook unprofessional and operating without the proper permits or licenses. He has his son doing the work and the rest of it he give next door to VARGAS DIESEL!!!
