I recently brought my Ford F-150 in for an oil change and was very impressed with the level of service. The process was efficient — I dropped off my vehicle at 8:30 a.m. and it was ready by 9:40 a.m., which was very reasonable. I will recommend West Coast Ford, for their high achievement and Great service when fixing our 2020 ford edge. The service team went above and beyond what was required of them when fixing our vehicle.
Dishonest, spent 3 days back and forth on a truck. Finalized the deal signed the contract. Next day told the truck sold by accident. Ill follow up tomorrow. No follow up. No text. This is exactly why the car industry gets a bad name. I wish I could upload the text. Salesmen said. Ill text you tomorrow. Never heard from him again
Been coming here 8+ years and counting! I came in and asked to get something done on my car that was going to cost a lot more and likely would bring little results, and they straight up told me a better alternative that was a fraction of the cost. No BS just genuine advice based on carefully listening to my needs and fully understanding my intentions, coming from someone that is not a car pro. Thank you!
Update: they rectified the situation by fully reimbursing me for the diagnosis and fix the issue for the originally quoted price. Thank you! About two weeks ago I booked an appointment to get the back up camera fixed. Which had gotten worse after they attempted a recall fix few months ago, but I wasn't able to take it in earlier mainly due to a heart attack and hospitalizations and work.
