Everything is well managed and taken care of. No crazy rules and good atmosphere with good music while I work out. Not to mention the protein smoothies are nice after a workout. Tanning and sauna are nice options as well. Came here to get away from the crazy dress code rules and the idiots from the on post gym. 5/5 will keep coming here until I PCS.
This gym is turning into a muscle-building paradise. The new equipment additions, especially Mega Mass and Atlantis, are top-notch. This is the kind of serious bodybuilding equipment you just don't see in most commercial gyms. Why isn't it 5 stars? The vibe. Please fix the music. 10/10 experience being that it was my first time lifting here. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, clean gym equipment, and a variety of exercises to choose from make this gym a standout among the rest. Would recommend anyone in the Lacey area to sign up and take advantage of such a welcoming spot.
