I stayed here recently and was really disappointed with the cleanliness and service. The gym and washrooms are consistently dirty and poorly maintained — the washroom floors are especially disgusting. It feels like they are rarely cleaned properly. On top of that, the staff are extremely rude and show little to no respect for guests’ privacy. A hotel should provide a clean and welcoming environment, but this place completely fails in that regard. I would not recommend staying here.

dropped in during my vacation. doesn't matter if legs, upper body or cardio, it has everything you need for a good workout. staff was very friendly and helpfull.

x 2 ... for a traveler, I invite you to avoid the gym showers and bathrooms. In addition to being double the price of all the other places I visited in B.C, the place was beyond dirty.... completely disgusting... the disgusting floor, the disgusting counter, the disgusting showers... there is no ventilation in the place to change, nor opposite the showers, the smell is nauseating. 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤢🤢🤢🤢 look at the photos. Dropped in for a workout while on vacation and was impressed with everything about this gym. Upstairs was modern with a great harbour view. Downstairs was dated like the old high school gym, but still motivating enough. (WCF gets my 5th star when this gets updated!) Nice staff and washroom facilities. I'll be back!!
