Brenda was so kind on the phone in the afternoon and added us to West Coast Fire & Water Damage Restoration's schedule that same day. Owner West Coast Fire & Water Damage Restoration reliably came on a Friday and was amazing (kind, knowledgeable, put on mask and booties without being asked). We had water leak which resulted in a mold issue in our kitchen. We had to replace our hardwood and also fix ceiling for neighbors unit downstairs. Dean was extremely responsive and helpful. Always made the best recommendation w/customer cost in mind. Not like other contractors who recommend things that add to the cost.
