Jeff installed a pool for us a few years ago and everyone loves it. Not only did they meet their install guidelines, when we've had questions or run into minor issues after the install, he's always helped us figure it out. Highly recommend!
These guys are amazing! And I’ve had a lot of experience with them. They did a very large hot tub for me and then eight years later I had them do a Pool for me. Jef, the owner is phenomenal! He is so generous with his time, he truly wants to make sure everybody has a great experience dealing with that. I just had my salt generator break and I wasn’t sure what to do. We are obsessed with our new Milan salt water pool + hot tub at the Four Seasons Napa Valley. Jeff and his crew? Absolute rockstars. They were fast, fun, and flawless—literally made the entire experience effortless. The craftsmanship is stunning, and the whole project exceeded our expectations (and we’re picky!). Guests are giving it 11/10 stars, and we agree. If you want high-end results without the drama, this is your team. Bonus: Jeff has great taste and a great sense of humor. Highly recommend!
It has been a great experience working with Jeff and the crew at West Coast Fiberglass Pools. Everything was laid out upfront. We knew the cost and timeline prior to the start and everything came together smoothly. Their work is very professional and their concern is very personal. I always got quick and thorough answers to my questions, and felt like I was involved with the process the whole time.
