My wife and I have been working with the WCF clinic since late last year. Upon walking in, all their staff have been extremely helpful, professional and very knowledgeable. The team, from the doctors to the medical staff to the front lines have taken care of us on each visit. I just want to give a quick shout-out to the receptionist who helped me this afternoon around 12:30 pm. My wife scheduled me a same-day lab appointment for 1:30pm. I happened to be nearby and decided to stop by to see if they could take me in at 12:30pm. The receptionist was very kind and willing to see me earlier than my appointment. I didn't get her name, but shout-out to her. The lady who took my labs was also very nice. Very friendly staff!
The staff here is amazing! They always have a warm welcoming smile and are always very sweet to us both! Also everybody here is knowledgeable and answers our questions fully:)
Grateful to West Coast Fertility, Dr. Kushnir, and the staff. After a year and a half of trying we finally decided to do IVF and thank God that it was successful.
