Very disappointing billing experience after paying over $7,000 out of pocket for a failed IVF cycle. I have out-of-network fertility benefits and simply need an itemized statement with the services, procedure codes, diagnosis codes, and charges so I can submit my own insurance claim. I called talked with the receptionist and I was just so happy with how nice and comfortable she made me feel. I have to look into some information before I make an appointment, but I have such a good vibe from this place.
All the staffs are super nice and Doctor Kushnir really works with you to personally plan the treatment plan. Our coordinator was Denise and she was always available to answer all of our question (and we had a lot of questions) Also they have a hotline that's available 24/7 which was super helpful as well!
