West Coast Fertility will refuse to work with MARRIED GAY MEN who are using the California SB729 infertility mandate. In fact, we were told that they would specifically not treat us the same as a straight couple, who they would submit written authorization requests for. They weren’t even willing to try, or get educated on the law. In fact, their insurance coordinator named Niloo M. Raised her voice and talked down to us. When I first decided to start IVF treatment, I was honestly very nervous and worried that the whole process would be extremely difficult. But my experience at this clinic truly made me feel much more at ease. The entire team was very professional, and from the initial testing and treatment planning to the egg retrieval and embryo transfer, every step was explained carefully and patiently, which made the process feel much less overwhelming.
