I engaged this company to replace 26m of storm damaged James Hardy fencing in Leeman which is located approx 250Km north of Perth. After establishing the logistics of the distant job, they undertook to carry out the work which was completed in <5hrs + travel time (est 6 hrs) for three people. Rude phone ettiquette. The business is advertised on yellow pages as servicing in Safty Bay area but the contract has no idea of our street name in the area (1 of the main streets in the area). He requested me to spell it out to him. The street name has 3 words, repeated myself 5 times for him to understand the 1st word, when spelt the first letter of its 2nd word, he got pissed off and hang up! Have your ears checked and learn to be more patient instead of making assumption people are idiots!
