Okay experience - Dwaine is excited about his work and is somewhat customer focused but their pricing was obscure and continued to increase as we progressed further through the details. They also push you to sign an “optional” damage waiver that comes with a cost; I was attempting to pass on this waiver but was told my contract would be terminated if I declined (or more bluntly I was told that the optional waiver wasn’t optional). Be prepared for your cost to increase 15-20% from the original value Dwaine quotes you.
The WCEP team is friendly and always willing to help - especially last minute! They know Sunriver Resort like it's their second home, so don't hesitate to book with them.
We had a fabulous experience working with West Coast Productions. Duane was beyond accommodating and his team was extremely efficient. Every time a wrench was thrown in our plans - due to weather or some other challenge West Coast Productions was there to save the day! They truly went the extra mile with our event to make it perfect. We would 100% use them again.
