We had a small maintenance item with our lift. Mikaela was our point of contact when I called and she was fabulous! Incredibly helpful, communicating back and forth to arrange for a technician to come and sort the issue. Caleb came to our home the next day and was truly amazing!! Not only did he fix the small issue that we had but also managed to fix a noise issue that a previous tech had not been able to do!
