Excellent annual life service by John and Caleb, good product knowledge
Caleb & John came out to service our lift; they were very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient! We also appreciate Caleb’s simple and important refresher in the event we or our visitors are trapped in the lift, power outage and other pointers to ease concerns of using the lift when alone at home. John and Caleb were very friendly! They did a great job servicing the elevator. We had a baby that was sleeping and they were very mindful not to make too much noise! Thank you, would recommend!
