After we discovered the corporate elevator company charged us without servicing, we were referred to West Coast Elevator LLC for service and maintenance of 2 cabs. I highly recommend West Coast Elevator LLC for quality work AND amazing customer service. They really care, which was reinforced by our recent inspection with the City of Seattle: the cables are in amazing condition, the elevator controller tested and all logs perfectly tracked & displayed. Legendary group of people.
Finally! I found a company I can rely on and that doesn't do shady business. I am a property manager for several buildings in downtown adj Seattle. Some buildings have old elevators and some new...these guys know how to work with all types of elevators. It's no longer a headache for me to find the right contractor. AND the owner, Sylvia is very professional and has been in the business for 25 years!! Even worked at the Space Needle!!!
