This company is amazing. My elderly parents called me at 11:30am saying there was no lights or heating. I tried British Gas but they couldn’t get someone out until the next day, leaving them in a dangerous situation. West Coast had someone round at the property by 1:30pm and had it sorted in a couple of hours.
