I was originally going to review about the worst mechanic we met here Ian but had to try returning, when we learned Ian was no longer working here. The shop was inconsistent prior to my last visit and it was the worst experience working with Ian! e. I told you people the last time I talked to you all the prices of your ebikes are way too expensive why do you people charge like buying a car for a crappy ebike until you people wake up you people will go out of business so try to listen to people's advice if you want to stay in business this is not a joke
I originally bought my e-bike because of the previous owner, Bobby. I had a good impression of the shop because of him, but by the time I actually purchased my first bike, he was no longer the owner. Fast-forward to today, I brought my bike back to the shop to get it repaired, and the experience was completely different. The owners very nice and very responsible. He fixed up my e-bike in front of me and he told me if there's anything wrong with it, bring it back. No charge. This guy is very professional
Gabriel and Josh were awesome! I was their first customer to bring in a Segway Xafari for a tube change. It took some time for all of us to learn together, but we figured it out. They were nice, caring, and patient throughout the whole process. I really appreciated their willingness to take on something new and work through it with me. Thank you guys for everything!
