2nd time getting a bike here. Bobby and his team did a great job the first time, so you know I had to come back. Customer service was on point and very professional. They know bikes so I highly recommend this spot. walked out with a Zooz Urban, ill be back in a few month for another one.
This would be the place to buy any ebike! The owner Bobby is very helpful and willing to go the extra mile to help. We got our sons Ebox dragster from Bobby back in January, and nothing but great customer service!

Took my bike here, they replaced my broken hydraulic asap, 20 minutes, and very fair price. Cool guys, and very professional & knowledgeable about ebikes. Definitely gonna do this.
Awesome service and refreshingly honest! My son and I visited West Coast eBikes today because the brakes on my son’s E-Bike were squeaking really loud. We met with Bobby and he examined the brakes. He adjusted the brakes and said that it was possible that they needed to be replaced. He put the bike up on the rack, removed the rear brake pad and said “your brakes are fine.” He showed us that the pads still had a lot of life.
