Worst experience I’ve ever heard of… all without actually seeing a doctor. I got referred here from my GP. I tried calling to make an appointment for a week. FINALLY, I was able to get someone on the phone who made and appointment for me 3 weeks into the future. I had to take a day off work for it. I show up, and whoever took my call put in all my info but didn’t put in the appointment. They ask me to give my insurance and all info. Made another appointment for 2 weeks out. I went to Dr. Chan, for the removal of some cysts on my neck, he explained everything in detail, and help make me feel very comfortable, the staff is very friendly and compassionate, I would recommend West Coast ENT highly.
What an unprofessional office!!!! Dr. calls her patients "hunny bun", Dr. does a biopsy and I was told that I have a phone consult and to anticipate a call. I took the time off work and waited and no call all day!!! I call several times and left a messages, after several days of needed this biopsy information, I called again and was told that the doctor is out on vacation. She called me a few weeks after the biopsy, I received an $85 office visits fee for a phone call to discuss the results. I fought the fee as I don't think... read more
