I can't recommend West Coast Drains and Plumbing enough. Jimmy came out to my in-law's place in Aguanga (06/15/26) within an hour of speaking to him, and was great to work with. He took his time explaining the plumbing issues and their solutions. His technical knowledge, customer service, and pricing are top tier!
Had Jimmy out to replace my toilet and couldn’t be happier. The work was top quality, they showed up right on time and got it done fast, everyone was friendly and professional throughout. Highly recommend if you need plumbing work done right.
Jimmy did an awesome job on getting our new tankless water heater flushed and descaled. The price was great, and he was quick to respond. Service only took an hour, and our water heater was back up and running. We will be using him yearly for our tankless water heater service, and a whole house filtration system soon!
Jimmy was absolutely wonderful! He was able to quickly fix my problem, and explain everything so that I could easily understand. He was very polite and professional. Would definitely use and recommend him again!
