This company was awful to work with. My dentist forced me to use them. Communication was miserable. It always felt like I was hassling the individual I spoke with.
Update: 10/15/2023 The establishment provided professional responses for my review and was apologetic for the miscommunication. Which I in return extended apologies for my miscommunication. I appreciated the professionalism that was received beyond the initial miscommunication and in with moving forward, the customer service was great. very rude and impatient. i had the same troubles as the other one star views. if i missed one phone call, you cannot get in touch with them. voicemails dont work and none of the numbers are manned by actual people. she blamed me for not answering, but i called back and left voicemails for days. whenever we did talk, i felt stupid because she acts like everything is obvious. i did my sleep study over a month ago. i was told by my dentist receptionist (probably was told by virginia) that if i wasnt charged after sending the eq... read more
The arrogant and rude comments are all correct. And not only are they that, but they are also liars!! (Not speaking for everyone there but definitely the lady communicated with). They said they “kept calling me” to blame ME for a lack of communication when I literally only have one message from them from around my initial consultation, and zero missed calls since. They finally called me when they realized I switched to a different company that was in my insurance network.
