My experience here was extremely positive. My mother has severe dementia and the staff was very gentle and patient with her. Viola, the receptionist was so friendly, helpful and caring towards my mother. I would highly recommend going here for treatment

I live away, my mom lives in Richmond and due to fear, has neglected her dentures. I emailed the clinic with a heads up that she needed a "let's fix this" approach, not a lecture. My mom was nervous ... Until she met Susan and the office staff. What a positive experience. My mom's fear is gone and soon her neglected dentures will be replaced with ones that fit. Could not be happier or more relieved at how positive the experience was for her. Where's the 6th star?
I am a 75 year old woman who is still anxious when seeing a dentist. My bridge broke of at the gum line and my dentist offered me three options, the easiest option was to do a partial denture over the missing bridge.
