I had a terrible experience at West Coast Dental in Winchester. They performed a root canal on the wrong tooth. Instead of treating molar #14, which was clearly the problem (and had their filling in it), they worked on the healthy molar #15. After the procedure, they admitted in the X-ray room that they operated on the wrong tooth. This is not just incompetence—it felt like insurance fraud. Unfortunately, our experience with this dental office has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. We have repeatedly asked for a referral so that our 5yr old son can be treated at a dental office of our choosing one we feel more comfortable with given his young age and the complexity of his case. That request has been denied, with the office insisting that they can handle the work in-house, despite our concerns. I would have to agree with most the reviews here as you have to wait extremely long for easy services of dental work. I’ve had to wait over two hours to get my teeth cleaned. And I had an early appointment in the morning. Another thing concerns me as they do not reply to any of these reviews? That has to concern me so obviously they just want your money and they don’t really care about what you think. The x ray tech was great and did a good cleaning, she does both shes like super women, other then that worst experience, the wait was so long and the facility was kinda dirty especially the restrooms... I remember when they opened we had no wait and quality work. My boys have never had a cavity and so it's usually an x-ray and cleaning and we are out the door within 30 minutes of arrival. Seems that things are much more kaotic. Will be seeing a new dentist for us all.
If I could give 0 stars I would . I came here thinking it'll be better than hemet location cuz it's trash and its just as bad . I had an appointment today just for them to tell me the Endodontist I was supposed to see is not here. I had to reschedule the appointment I had last week because I was sick so I called and the front desk lady made the same app for today to see the same Endodontist at 10:00am.
