I scheduled a dental cleaning for October 16th and arrived on time. They told me there would be a delay because of my insurance — which I understand can happen — so I decided to reschedule for October 29th to give them plenty of time to sort it out. When I came back on the 29th (again, on time), I waited 40 minutes only to be told that their system and the insurance company were both down. Went because broke all my front teeth out, and they gladly took my cash for x rays, then proceeded to quote an insane amount for repairs,without any payment options..total scam
Continuously rescheduling appointments because of a shortage of providers isn't worth your time. It might be better to look elsewhere..
OKKKKKKK I HAD A BADDDDD EXPERIENCE AT OTHER OFFICE AND I GOT SENT TO THISSSSSSS ONE AND I HAD NO PROBLEM WHAT SO EVER EVERYTHING WAS SO EASY THEY TOOK GOOD CARE OF USSSSSSS THE FRONT DECK LADY'S WERE VERYYYY SWEET AND KIND AND PATIENT AND EVEN EVERYONE IN THE BACK WAS VERYYYY FRIENDLY AS WELL.. THEY MADE A BADDDDD SITUATION MUCHHHHH EASIER JUST BY GOING TO OTHER OFFICE AND PERLE AT THE FRONT DESK WAS WONDER.. SHE HELPED ME OUT WITH EVERYTHING
